Do not invent studies of this SKU. Do not say the pillow is clinically proven to reduce swelling. ## What the product is Firm foam leg / knee elevation wedge (not a BBL or sitting pillow). One continuous slope from thigh to heel so the knee can rest straight — there is no ridge under the knee. A built-in triangle support board flips for two heights and stays attached (one-piece board). U-shaped groove at the heel; raised sides; room for a cast or hinged brace. Three handles: one on the side to carry the wedge, two on the front to pull the leg into place. Two hook-and-loop (Velcro) strips lock the flipped board. Soft top foam over a firm base. Polyester zip cover, machine wash. Ships vacuum-packed; unbox about 24 hours before use. Fits people 5'2" to 6'2" (158–188 cm). FSA / HSA eligible. Sold in two widths: Single and Double. This is a positioning pillow. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. It is not a substitute for a clinician, compression, cryotherapy, anticoagulants, physical therapy, or a prescribed brace. ## What we do not claim - This SKU has not been studied. There is no trial of this pillow. - Do not say “clinically proven to reduce swelling” or any outcome percent for this product. - Do not treat 10.63 in (~27 cm) as an evidence-based “above the heart” swelling dose. Seo 2020 found 30 cm vs 10 cm did not differ for swelling after ankle ORIF; the higher position was less comfortable. - Do not list sciatica or hip replacement as uses. - Do not claim the U-groove prevents pressure ulcers. The groove still supports the heel; ulcer-prevention guidelines want the heel fully offloaded. - Do not claim the firm base outperforms stacked pillows in a trial. Unbox a day before needed (about 24 h to expand). 2. Flip the board: forward 10.63 in, backward 7.87 in. Press the two side strips. 3. Lie on the back. Whole leg in the U-groove, heel on the pad. No pillow behind the knee. 4. Side handle to carry; two front handles to position the leg. 5.
