How the BBL sitting cushion is designed
Round memory-foam donut. A hole so the graft is not the seat. A removable crescent to change the opening.

On Amazon list price: $49.99 as of 2 Sep 2026. Checkout on Amazon; price may vary.
How it is designed
This is a round donut. Weight goes on the outer ring and the backs of the thighs. The center is open.
A crescent insert changes that opening. Leave it in for a smaller hole and more support. Take it out when you want a larger hole. Memory foam. Polyester cover. Same pad on an office chair, a car seat, or a chair at home.
Why this shape
After a BBL, you sit on your thighs. The grafted center stays in the hole.
A regular pillow under the whole seat still loads the graft. A fixed donut cannot change the opening. A bed pillow under the whole pelvis is still a seat for the center.
What to skip
- Do not sit on the graft. When sitting is allowed, weight goes on the hamstrings, not the grafted center.
- Many surgeons do not allow sitting in the first 10–14 days except for the toilet and eating (The Aesthetic Society).
- Avoid direct pressure on the buttocks for at least eight weeks unless your surgeon says otherwise.
