How to sit after a BBL
When your surgeon allows sitting, the order is weight on the hamstrings, not on the grafted center.

- Sit on the thighs. The hole is there so the center is not the seat.
- A removable crescent changes how open the donut is.
- This is a positioning pillow. Follow the protocol you were given.

How it is designed
This BBL sitting cushion is a round memory-foam donut. Weight goes on the outer ring and the backs of the thighs. The center is open.
A removable crescent changes the opening: leave it in for a smaller hole, take it out for a larger one. Same pad on an office chair, a car seat, or a chair at home.
Why this shape
A regular pillow under the whole seat still loads the graft. A fixed donut cannot change the opening.
The buttocks are not the load-bearing surface. This pad does not improve a graft.
What to skip
- Do not sit on the graft. When sitting is allowed, weight goes on the hamstrings, not the grafted center.
- Many surgeons do not allow sitting in the first 10–14 days except for the toilet and eating (The Aesthetic Society).
- Avoid direct pressure on the buttocks for at least eight weeks unless your surgeon says otherwise.
